Being physician owned means that we don't have to deal with the mess that comes with the competitive bidding program Medicare offers. We work with home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, doctor's offices and hospitals all over California. We are currently serving Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire, High Desert Cities, Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Stockton.

One of our incredibly helpful office staff will talk you through the whole process, explaining every piece of documentation that we need and telling you what you can expect along the way. Our staff keeps you updated throughout the entire order process. From a phone call letting you know that we received your order, to an additional call letting you know your patient has received their equipment. We want to make sure you know exactly what is going on throughout your ordering experience.
Once your patient has been cleared through eligibility, they will receive their equipment from our service technicians in 1 to 3 business days.* Our techs come prepared with HIPAA secured tablets. When they get to your patient, our doctor completes a face to face evaluation with your patient to make sure they are getting the best fit in their new equipment.

Our office staff is very attentive in answering your inquiries. Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm, but we do have an after hours line that will connect you to our friendly, helpful after-hours staff who can answer your questions.
Your patients are our priority. We want to make sure that they receive the safest, most comfortable equipment. Customer satisfaction is our mission! Our services don't stop after the initial delivery. We offer a follow up service to make sure that our patients are completely satisfied with their new equipment.
** Our company does its best to get your equipment out in a timely matter. 1 to 3 days is our standard delivery time frame. This is assuming that we have all of the necessary documentation that is required for us to process your order.
